New patients are invited to apply in person at the clinic during normal business hours.  The applications are reviewed and when accepted you will be called to schedule your first appointment.  New patient forms for adults and pediatrics are available online to print and fill out at home. Otherwise, you will be provided with new patient forms to fill out when you arrive.

We accept most insurances, Medicare, AHCCCS, and self pay patients.

What to expect at your visit:

Gila Valley Clinic has a complete staff of over 30 people to make sure that all your medical needs are met.  Upon arrival, check in with with the front desk.  They will check to ensure your insurance information and personal information are up to date, collect your co-pay, and let the back office know that you are here to be seen.  When you are called back to be seen you will be directed to an exam room where your vital signs will be checked and your chart prepared for the provider you are seeing that day. Several of our medical assistants have been trained as medical assistant scribes.  They will be documenting during your visit to allow for more face-to-face time with your provider.  After your visit you will be scheduled for follow up if needed and then and further visit needs will be processed by the medical records department where they ensure that your referrals are made, imaging orders are placed and make sure that your insurance is billed.
